Malacca Food Review (Seroni)

When we went into the restaurant, we were surprised that it was not like a coffee shop. Instead, it was air-conditioned. It was a Peranakan restaurant serving Peranakan cuisine.

It first served rice, then Otak-otak. It was a spicy dish comprising of fish paste and spices. It then served fried chicken, then curry. The curry was very fragrant. They then served our last dish-Vegetables. I ate the most vegetables among my other classmates. We enjoyed our food. Some of us even added more rice.

Then our favorite dish came-Chendol! It was our dessert. I like it because it is sweet. It consisted of a green jelly and coconut milk. All of us loved the fried chicken. Its skin is fried till golden brown. It is very crispy.

All of dishes were served in generous portions and we could not finish some of them. I strongly recommend you to eat at Seroni becaus eit would be an experience you would never forget.
